Careers Advice and Guidance
An important part of the careers provision at BFS is one-to-one careers advice and guidance. Every student is different, and these one-to-one sessions help students reflect on the career paths that may suit them, consider the possible post-16 and post-18 pathways available to them, and develop an individualised career action plan.
By the time they finish Year 11, all students will have received at least one careers appointment. Students staying on in the Sixth Form will have a further one-to-one appointment.
However, all students, at whatever stage of their education, can request a one-to-one session with our dedicated careers advisor Ms Smith who has a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Advice.
