Stephanie Norton - Careers Leader 
My name is
Stephanie Norton, and I have been the Careers Leader at BFS since September 2023. During my first year in
the role, I successfully completed the accredited Careers Leader Qualification.
I have been teaching Psychology and Sociology at BFS since 2017 and have also held
the position of Deputy Head of Sixth Form for most of that time. I am incredibly proud to lead our thriving
careers programme and see it as both a joy and a privilege to support our students as they make important
decisions about their futures.
My aim is to ensure that all students from Year 7 to Year 13 benefit from a well-planned, spiral careers curriculum. This curriculum is designed to give them the knowledge, skills, and experiences they need to make informed career choices and feel confident as they prepare to enter the world of work.
