As a part of our extensive careers programme, we are proud to offer this valuable opportunity for our students.

From Wednesday 8 July to Friday 10 July 2026, all Year 12 students will take part in a three-day placement designed to give them a real insight into the world of work.

Mott Macdonald have opened their applications for their fantastic STEM Work Experience programme.  During the week you’ll get an inside view of life at a global engineering, management, and development consultancy, and explore a wide variety of career paths in this industry.

Applications are open until 15 January 2026 but may close earlier if they reach capacity. We strongly encourage early applications to avoid disappointment.

Royal Mail doesn't just deliver post.  They employ people in many different sectors including Engineering, Finance, IT, Marketing and Legal.   
Theatre Royal Bath are hosting a fantastic opportunity for those that wish to creatively explore a career in theatre-making and producing. Students will learn about the business of theatre-making in a series of workshops and talks from industry professionals. 
Wessex Water, which is part of the YTL Group, offer an opportunity to find out what it could be like to work in the water industry. If you’re interested in electrical engineering, construction design, water pollution or IT, their work experience programme should include something that suits your interests.
